Yes, I have not posted an update in a long time! I never promised to be regular with these updates, but even I expected more from myself! Haha, I'm sure you all understand the busy schedule NaNoWriMo brings to November. That being said, let's get into our discussion!
Some of you reading this may already be so close to winning, others could be right on track, but many are still behind, and that is completely okay. As of now, I am about 2,000 words behind. It's not a big gap and I believe that I'll be able to close it in time, but it's enough to discourage you when you see that others are doing so well. This is especially hard if you are going through that period when you don't really like your story and everyday you're pretty much dragging yourself to write although you really don't feel like it. I think it's an amazing show of strength when you do something like that, so go ahead and be proud of yourself -- you certainly have not accomplished nothing. During NaNoWriMo, it's important to feel prideful and feel like you are accomplishing something, because if you don't, you won't have the same motivation and drive that you would otherwise. Even if you are not proud of yourself I am so proud of you and really want to see the celebration and joy on your face when you hit 50k before the end of November. Keep calm and write on!
